1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of neworleanslogodesign.com (the "Website") and your inquiries about the services offered by New Orleans Logo Design ("we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If a separate written agreement or invoice covers your project, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

2. Online services

Our logo design, AI logo redesign and vector conversion, graphic design, branding and website design services are requested, discussed, reviewed and delivered online, by phone, text and email. No in-person meeting is required.

3. Inquiries and quotations

Submitting a form, calling or texting does not create a contract. Any quote we give is based on the information you provide and may change if the scope changes. Prices shown on the Website are typical ranges, not binding offers, and may be updated at any time.

4. Scope, revisions and approvals

The scope of each project is what we agree with you in writing (including by email or text).
We provide revisions within that scope. Requests that change the direction or add new deliverables may be quoted separately.
Turnaround times, including same-day estimates, depend on the project and how quickly we receive your feedback and approvals. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Your approval of a final design confirms it is correct, including spelling, contact details and colors. Please check carefully before approving.

5. Client-supplied materials

If you send us text, photos, logos, AI-generated images or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to let us modify them. You are responsible for claims arising from materials you supply.

6. Payment and final file delivery

Unless agreed otherwise, you review concepts before paying. Final files are delivered electronically after approval and payment.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, you receive ownership of the final approved logo and deliverables created for you, except for third-party elements such as licensed fonts or stock images, which remain subject to their own licenses. Unused concepts remain our property. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Trademark searching and registration are your responsibility; we recommend consulting a trademark attorney.

8. Third-party services

We may use third-party tools and platforms (for example, email providers, hosting, fonts, printers or AI tools). We are not responsible for their availability, terms or actions.

9. Website availability and acceptable use

We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting spam, false information or malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or copying our portfolio or content without permission.

10. External links

The Website may link to other sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability
